2. Stay Hydrated, Even in Cold Weather

It’s really easy to forget to stay hydrated when its cold outside, but it’s just as important. Warm water, with honey and lemon, or tea all really tasty herbs can be a great way to hydrate the body.

3. Get Enough Sleep

Sleeping deeply and for long periods of time helps the body heal and keep protection over the body. Sleep is important for the following:

  • Having the same sleep schedule every day
  • No screen time for at least 1 hour before going to sleep

4. Move Your Body Daily

You can even do this with light work to help keep your body energized and warm during the long winter months. It’s best to go outside for a walk or run but you can also do fun exercises at home with a friend to keep the temp up too!

Walking Indoors or Outdoors. As well as doing some simple stretching or simple workouts at home. Frequent movement helps your body stay strong and helps your body overall.

5. Manage Winter Stress.
